Metroids. The Flood got owned by the Chief single-handedly, and he wouldn't be able to do that to the Metroids. |

They accepted one of mine! I just wish they'd accept my Huo Yuan Jia vs the Beast one... Anyway, I vote Flood because IMO Master Chief beats Samus; thus, the Flood beats Metroids. |

This showdown will probably end up a MC vs Samus debate... Anyway, the Flood are so dangerous the Forerunners had to build weapons to destroy the entire galaxy to fight them. |

Just go to to the MC vs Samus one then. Anyway I don't know much about the Flood but I am quite certain they are worse than Metroids. Hell i'm out of this one. |

If you think about it, neither race could really harm each other. The Flood couldn't really infect a Metroid, and if a Metroid tried to drain a Flood, they would get corrupted life force, probably harming them, since infected Forms are undead pretty much |
