...Ok, this is starting to piss me off... I'm going to play easy Devil's Advocate here. Geass > Death Note. Face2Face Lelouch could just make Light claw his throat out and that happens alot faster than 40 seconds. |

Not to meantion, if he has a Knightmare then Light can't see his face thus he easily loses by default. Don't get me wrong, Death Note is a way better anime than Code Geass but Lelouch easily wins this. |

Zeros face is unknown to soiciety so even if Kira made the eye pact he wouldn't be able to kill Zero, Zero dosn't need to take off his mask to kill people and the knightmare would definatly be able to kill a human |
